Out and about: Harrison Ford, 76, was snapped in NYC as he arrived at JFK Airport on Wednesday ahead of the Memorial Day weekend
Ford made headlines during a trip to Gotham in September of 2017, when he exited a limo he was in to help direct traffic amid a jam caused by a nearby accident.
Ford earlier this month spoke in tribute to his Star Wars co-star Peter Mayhew, the actor who played Chewbacca who died at 74 on April 30.
'Peter Mayhew was a kind and gentle man, possessed of great dignity and noble character,' Ford said in a statement.
'These aspects of his own personality, plus his wit and grace, he brought to Chewbacca.'
